In this vibrant and experiential Workshop Series, Naturopath and Thriving Self Care founder Johnny Foreman will flip the modern world’s belief about health on its head, so to speak, and you will discover the importance of aligning with the current but seldom talked about science of transformation and healing.
If you are not “what you eat”, as commonly heard in the health industry today, then what are you?
Johnny believes that your health starts with what you think, what you believe, what you drink; the environment that you surround yourself with, and lastly, the final piece of the puzzle, what you eat!
You have far more personal control over your health and healing than you've ever realized. Each week, Johnny will introduce one of these concepts to build a solid foundation; he'll then offer practical self-exploratory exercises relating to these concepts of “what you are” to help facilitate your own personal connection and experience with this different way of thinking about your health.
